Octavia Housing’s green microsite went live today! The site is powered entirely by renewable energy and focuses on The Princedale Project, an experiment in low energy building. A Victorian terraced house will be transformed into an exemplar low energy home and its performance compared to that of two other homes, refurbished to Decent Homes and Octavia’s Decent Homes ‘plus’ standards.
